1.QTJ4-40 is a semi-automatic block making machine,which can make various brick types.
2.Its lifting motor has its own braking function and has strong braking performance;the limit card can control the height of the brick.
3.It has four guide columns,which ensure that the mold does not deviate;the vibration platform makes the mold box bear uniform force,the vibration force is large and uniform,and the brick density is good.

Function:Use frequency conversional control Technology,which controls the block making

   2)Controls the instantaneous start and stop of the motors,to protect the motor from over-heating caused by constant working

Block mould
Function:Comprise an upper die and a lower die,and that interaction between the upper die and the low die prevents the periphery of the punched material from being deform.
Advantage:After carbonization and wire cutting technology,the mold is more wear-resistant and has a longer service life.

Mixer
Function:The rotating shaft drives the blades to shear,extrude and overturn the shaking in the barrel,so that the batch is uniformly mixed in the violent relative movement.
