Lifting system:
It is composed of a conical motor QTJ250 re.
ducer, lifting arm, and column sleeve.
The column is made of 55# steel pipe, and thesleeve is made of powder metallurgy sleeve,which is wear-resistant and shaft-protectingand improves the service life of the stationshaft. Moreover,no processing is requiredwhen repacing the shaft seeve,which savesabor, time and is convenient.
The crank arms at both ends of the reduceroutput shaft are replaced with cast steelpartswhich are machined to ensure the concentric.ity and strength of the product.
The motor drives the reducer through a beltand the crank arms and lifting arms at bothends of the reducer drive the lower moldto rise and fall, and the upper mold and thecounterweight beam are positionedin thebalance pin hole, so that the upper mold canbe smoothly separated from the mold box.
QT4-24   20-24 seconds produce one mold,  hollow brike,paver ,solid blocks,cubstone design ,with different capacity,Common brick types refer to the table below
