QT4-15 concrete multi block making machine line is reasonable in structure and advanced in technology. It uses programmable logic controller (PLC) as the main control component of the system. It integrates mechanical, micro-electronic and hydraulic technologies. It can realize step-by-step or automatic control according to the whole process flow of block production. It realizes the automation of feeding pallets, distributing material, pressing vibration, demoulding and brick conveying. The whole machine has the characteristics of compact structure, reliable performance, easy operation, high efficiency, fewer faults and convenient maintenance.
